His transaction experience includes advising New Tradition on its investment from Blackstone, UBG on its sale of a multi-decade lease to Providence Equity Partners, AMI Entertainment Network on its sale to Coral Tree Partners, Interstate Chicago on the sale of its majority stake in Interstate JCDecaux to JCDecaux, H.I.G. Capital on its acquisition of Watchfire Signs, Pacific Outdoor Advertising on the sale of its Portland portfolio to OUTFRONT Media, Adams Outdoor on its investment from Searchlight and BCI, Mood Media on its sale to Vector Capital, Mood Media on its pre-packaged Chapter 11 restructuring, Ares on its Convertible Preferred Investment into OUTFRONT Media, Netflix on its acquisition of assets of Regency Outdoor, Exterion Media on its sale to Global, and Cieslok Media on its sale to Bell Media. Additionally, he advised ModCloth on its sale to Walmart.
