Role
Joseph Stein is a Managing Director and head of the Financing Group.
Experience
Since joining PJSC in 2001, Mr. Stein has participated in various advisory assignments across the Firm’s three core areas of mergers and acquisitions, financing and restructuring.
Mr. Stein was previously Executive Director and head of the Private Placement Group at UBS Warburg LLC, responsible for the structure and placement of senior debt, subordinated debt and mezzanine securities for issuers from the United States and abroad. With over fifteen years experience in investment banking, Mr. Stein began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in asset-based finance. He has held various corporate finance positions at Citicorp Securities.
Academic Credentials
Mr. Stein received an M.B.A. from William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester and a B.A. from Hobart College.
