Role
Colin O’Neil is an Associate Director and joined PJSC in 2008. He is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Experience
Mr. O’Neil came to PJSC from Morgan Stanley where he served as an associate in the Retail, Consumer and Financial Sponsors Groups, advising on M&A, financings, bond offerings and recapitalizations.
Mr. O’Neil began his investment banking career as a financial analyst at BancBoston Robertson Stephens, followed by four years as an associate at Shields & Company, Inc. where he worked on buy and sell-side assignments, valuations, and fairness opinions in a wide range of industry sectors.
Academics Credentials
Mr. O’Neil received his M.B.A. from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and his B.A. from Middlebury College with a major in Psychology and a minor in Economics.
