Turn-Key Health Appoints John J. Rydzewski to Board of Directors

Rydzewski, senior advisorSolomon Partners has joined the Turn-Key board of directors. Rydzewski brings senior level, diverse professional experience in multiple healthcare sectors including skilled nursing, behavioral health and managed care and directorships of both publicly held and private equity-backed companies in the assisted living, biotech, medical device, behavioral health and medical media services industries.

Prior to joining Solomon Partners, a leading investment banking firm with a legacy as one of the first independent investment banks, Rydzewski co-founded a pre-clinical stage biotech company developing cancer-targeting immuno-therapeutics with technology licensed from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University. He was a managing director focused on structured credit investments in the pharmaceutical sector at Christofferson Robb & Company, a private investment firm, and performed healthcare advisory and financing assignments as a partner or senior officer at Benedetto, Gartland & Co., Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc. Rydzewski has also served as the senior manager in the bankruptcy and insolvency group, performing both creditor committee and debtor assignments, at Price Waterhouse & Co.

Rydzewski is affiliated with several not-for-profit organizations, now serving as Chairman of the Board of Advisors to RAND Health, the RAND Corporation’s operating unit dedicated to objective health policy analysis.
