Solomon Partners Advised Arteriors on its sale to Norwest Equity Partners

On June 25, 2019, Norwest Equity Partners (NEP) announced its acquisition of Arteriors.

Founded by Mark Moussa in 1987, Arteriors is a Dallas-based premium home furnishings and lifestyle brand with a selection of over 1,300 products in the lighting, furniture, decorative accessories and wall décor categories. Arteriors sells its products through a diverse network of sales channels, including residential interior designers, boutique retailers, lighting showrooms, electrical and plumbing distributors, commercial architects and designers, hospitality corporations, international dealers, and its own showrooms in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and London. Initially launched with a focus on traditional accessories in classic material, Arteriors has since evolved into an industry tastemaker known for its full spectrum of styles in luxury materials and finishes scaled specifically for design lovers with a modern sensibility.
