Total Outdoor has sold its San Francisco out of home (OOH) media assets to New Tradition Media, making it the largest operator in high-profile static signage in the Downtown San Francisco area.

PJ SOLOMON acted as strategic and financial advisor to Total Outdoor on the transaction. In 2018, PJ SOLOMON advised Total Outdoor on the sale of its Seattle Advertising Portfolio to Pacific Outdoor Advertising.
