Solomon Partners Advises IKAV on its BP San Juan Basin Acquisition

Solomon Partners’s Energy Group is serving as exclusive financial and technical advisor to IKAV, a European infrastructure fund, on its acquisition of BP’s San Juan Basin position.
The acquisition is one of the largest natural gas-weighted transactions in 2019 and represents a key strategic entry for IKAV into the competitive U.S. landscape with a sizable footprint into a historically prolific producing region offering a stable, predictable production base and dependable cash flow profile.
The team is led by George Ward, Head of Energy, and includes Brendan Matthews and Tobi Odumosu.
