Cathleen joined from UBS Securities LLC, where she served as Executive Director in business risk management for 15 years. She focused on conflict clearance, anti-money laundering / client onboarding, and business and operational risk. Prior to UBS, Cathleen spent more than five years in various roles at Merrill Lynch.

Cathleen holds a BS in physics from Seton Hall University.
